Thermal cut-off switch is a temperature switch that uses bimetal as the temperature sensing element. The temperature control switch has the characteristics of small size, insulated shell, sensitive action and long life. Widely used in various motors, induction cookers, vacuum cleaners, electric heaters, electric heating appliances, car motors, and general electrical equipment.

Supporting technology:
• Integrating global supply chain resources, the bimetallic sheet uses materials from the world's largest bimetallic sheet manufacturer, the United States EMS. The thermostat shell adopts the stamping and forming technology of the German supplier.
• The reeds are made of Japanese NGK materials and are processed and produced by Japanese stamping parts suppliers.
• The shell and reed are silver-plated, which greatly reduces the contact resistance.
• The core component bimetallic sheet is produced and tested using fully automated molding equipment and temperature screening tunnel kiln. Good consistency and stable performance.
