The pressure type temperature controller converts the change of the controlled temperature into the pressure or volume of the confined space through the enclosed temperature-sensing temperature package and capillary tube. When the temperature set value is reached, the contact or the damper is automatically closed by the elastic element and the quick instantaneous mechanism to achieve the purpose of automatically controlling the temperature. It consists of a temperature sensing part, a temperature setting main body part, a micro switch that performs opening and closing, or an automatic damper.
working principle
The temperature adjustment knob and cam are used to set the average temperature of the refrigerator. In the closed temperature package, there is a "wet saturated vapor" coexisting with gas and liquid, which is generally refrigerant methane or freon. Because they have a relatively low boiling point, they tend to vaporize and expand when heated. The capillary is connected to the capsule. This capsule is made of special materials and is extremely flexible. At the beginning, the electrical contact on one end of the lever was not closed. When the temperature rises, the saturated steam in the temperature pack expands on heating and the pressure increases. The pressure transmission through the capillary causes the capsule to swell. Thereby, the lever is pushed counterclockwise to overcome the torque generated by the tension of the spring. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the contacts are closed, and the refrigerator compressor starts to work for cooling. When the temperature decreases, the saturated gas shrinks, the pressure decreases, the contacts open, and refrigeration stops. This cycle keeps the refrigerator temperature within a certain range and saves electricity.
