RSB1-50, RSB1-100 series equipment circuit breakers (hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breakers) are suitable for rated currents of 1A-100A. In the power system with rated voltage of AC250/415V (50/60Hz) or DC80V and below, it is used for overload and short circuit protection. Can also be used for discontinuous motor on and off. The utility model relates to an oblong high-breaking hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breaker used for the front outgoing wire and the rear incoming wire. It includes a base shell, and a pull-out mechanism, a handle, a connecting rod shaft, a pull rod, and a snap-locking mechanism all mounted on the base shell. Trip mechanism, moving contact board, arc extinguishing chamber, incoming terminal, copper bar, static contact, armature and outgoing mechanism. The tripping mechanism is connected with the handle through the connecting rod shaft, and the handle is installed in the fixing groove of the base shell. The pull-out mechanism and the pull-rod are arranged below the handle, and the snap-locking mechanism is installed in the base shell and controls the locking or opening of the pull-rod. The movable contact plate works through the tripping mechanism to engage with the static contact mounted on the base shell. The arc extinguishing chamber is located at the periphery of the moving contact plate, and the incoming wire terminal is divided into a left incoming wire terminal connected with the moving contact plate and a right incoming wire terminal connected with the static contact. The wire outlet mechanism is installed above the base shell and on the adjacent side of the handle, and the armature is connected with the movable contact plate. This scheme is a circuit breaker with a more reasonable structure, which can improve the safety of use and is more reliable.
